Get to know all the characters of Silent Hell 2, behind each character there is a story

Today, Capcom revealed new details about the characters in Silent Hill 2 through the game's official website.

through Update game page We get information about each character, their story, the reasons for their appearance in the city of fog, and their role in the adventure that will take us with James in search of his wife.

James Sunderland

• Voice Actor: Luke Roberts
• Japanese voice: Chikahiro Kobayashi
• He is the hero of the story, after receiving a letter from his late wife, James travels to Silent Hill in search of answers.

Maria

• Voice Actor: Salome Gunnarsdottir
• Japanese voice: Shizuka Ito
• A woman who resembles James's late wife. However, her hairstyle, her taste in clothing, and even her cheerful and lively personality are completely different from Mary's. After learning about James' story and the mysterious letter he received from his late wife in Silent Hill, Mary takes an interest in James and accompanies him on his search.

Angela Orosco

• Voice Actor: Gianna Kehl
• Japanese voice: Risa Shimizu
• A rather desperate young woman whom James first meets in the cemetery. She appears to be a visitor to Silent Hill like James, and is searching for her mother.

Laura

• Voice Actor: Evie Templeton
• Japanese voice: Sumire Morohoshi
• A young girl who meets James from time to time throughout his search for his wife in the City of Fog, then disappears just as quickly, she seems to know something about Mary.

Eddie Dombrowski

• Voice Actor: Scott Haining / Danny Kieran
• Japanese voice: Toru Nara
• Eddie is a simple, slow, and generally useless man who is extremely afraid of getting hurt. He is another visitor to Silent Hill, but it is not clear what he came for.

The site's updates also revealed three new monster characters that roam the world of Silent Hill 2 and that James meets in several areas, as they were described as twisted monsters roaming the town of Silent Hill. Below are a set of new images that were shared via the site from inside the Silent Hill 2 game.

Silent Hill 2 will be released on PlayStation 5 and PC on October 8, 2024. If you are waiting to try the game on Xbox, unfortunately there is no plan at the time of writing to release the game there.
